A completed City of Oxnard application must be filed with the City of Oxnard, no later than the filing deadline (no postmarks will be accepted). The application must be filled out completely. Failure to provide required information will result in disqualification from the process. Those candidates whose qualifications most closely meet the needs of the City will be invited to continue in the process.
